Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver orders within 1-2 business days in conjunction with our partner FEDEX.
All orders are sent on a free next day delivery service if ordered before the 3pm cut off Monday to Friday. Any orders made after the 3PM cut off on a Friday will be sent the following working day.
We only deliver to the UK
For all other countries, you may purchase from our international site Please be aware that import duties might apply as your order is sent from outside Europe. Choose “International” in the country selector at the footer of the page.
Items ordered from the US site will not work with the UK systems and vice versa. UK add-ons will communicate with the UK hubs and US add-ons will communicate with the US hubs – they do not work interchangeably.
